I had very little time to find an apartment in the city. Anita was a Godsend. First, she was extremely responsive to my on-line inquiries. She was able to quickly identify properties that met my needs and send the listings to me on what seemed to be a moment's notice. Second, she arranged her schedule to mine so that we could quickly tour properties and narrow choices (adding her own observations about convenience, etc.). Third, she pursued these choices with great vigor and ensured that we could lock in the appropriate property for the appropriate price. She always acted in my interest and, apart from all that, she is extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her highly to anyone searching to either rent or buy a property in the city.

We have used Anita to buy or sell three properties and we can't imagine ever using any other Chicago area realtor. Why do we feel that way? I have frequently been required to relocate for work. Anita, you were, without question, the most outstanding realtor I have worked with in the eight major moves I have made in my career. Coming from the East Coast, my wife and I were so grateful that you took the time to show us properties whenever we were in Chicago during the 15 months it took to sell our old home. You never lost interest in us, and the education about Chicago neighborhoods we got from you made it so much quicker and easier to make a quick purchase once we did sell our home and make the move.
Moving from a house to a condo was a big change for us, and we appreciated that you always seemed to know the financial situation of the condo associations and general ambience of each building and neighborhood we looked at. You not only listened to what we wanted and needed in a condo and a location, you helped us see things to add to that list that we would have never thought of, that only a local could have known. You took the angst out of our search and gave us the tools and guidance we needed to find the perfect place for us.
Finally, the single most impressive thing was how you fought for us in the negotiations. You got us our place for LESS than we were willing to settle for and got finished ceilings thrown in (in addition to parking) when we were sure that would never happen! Many realtors would have been satisfied to settle for the amount we indicated that we would pay. What makes you special is that you went beyond that and fought to get us an even better deal that we dreamed was possible. The truth is, I just don't know anyone else like you. You are not just the best realtor I know, but a great person as well. We really enjoyed every minute of working with you, and felt at the end as though we'd made a new friend.

Anita was awesome to work with! As an out of state condo buyer traveling into Chicago every few months, it was important for me to have an agent that was knowledgeable about specific neighborhoods and buildings. I was very impressed that Anita had known the history of almost all the buildings that I was interested in looking at in the Loop and surrounding neighborhoods. As we perused different places, she always provided a good assessment of the building, neighborhood, upkeep, resale, builder reputation, etc. - all of which proved invaluable since much of that information that I needed to make an informed decision isn't readily available on the Internet.
